Sam Sheppard is in the year above me at Uni and he has just completed his 2nd year FDA in Digital Art & Design and next year he will be topping up to then achieve a BA in Art & Design practise.
In his end of year Exhibition he made some pretty cool work where used a program called to write a code. This was a portrait project where you would sit in a chair with a web cam picking out individual pixels that then display on a screen. It took roughly 10 minute to do a complete image and this was cool because in 10 minute you could have more than one person sitting down so you get multiple faces with in one image. The images are then stored and look at later and will hopfully see them soon!
This was the interactive part of his work, he had more. He had stills using the same method but with a lightbox behind giving a cool effect and he also printed onto material and layered it to get a cool effect.
